if you were going to move to base, then horizon

May I ask your opinion why Horizon would be best?

based on what i've read here the people seem the happiest, the pay is above average, and QOL seems pretty good.....mesa gets sh*t on here a lot by all the keyboard warriors, but if you live in base I can't imagine it's that bad....Envoy i'd at least wait a few weeks to see what is happening, GoJet I know nothing about.

If you are going to base your decision off this thread go to Envoy.

Horizon is widely regarded as one of the better if not the best contracts in the regionals.

Mesa has your best chance at a quick upgrade.

GoJet and Envoy have nothing to offer.

I've read this thread from the beginning. There has been a lot of negative talk about Envoy's future. I try to weed out the negative and just read the positive but it hasn't been easy.

Reading only one side of the argument is quite foolish.

***** and complain about the airline you work for because schedules and staffing suck due to lack of personnel, make sure nobody comes to work for said airline by *****ing and complaining about it thereby ensuring said staffing and scheduling issues continue or worsen.

More logic that is self-sabotaging.

He's asking for opinions, they are being given. No matter what, he's going to live in base at whatever airline he chooses. Knowing this I would go for an airline that has a quicker upgrade.

I said I have read both negative and positive. Most of these negative comments are based on a disgruntled and unhappy employee. I weed that crap out to get to the truth. I'd like to make an educated and professional decision on which offer to take.
