Thank you Envoy, Republic, and Express jet for making the effort. PSA, you guys deserve the contract you're stuck with. A serious question to PSA guys, do you even get COLA raises at the top of the pay scale, or is that it? If the last raise you get as an FO stops at 4 years, at $30 whatever it is, you're going to have a hell of a time paying bills. I hear mom and dad's basement is nice this time of year.

Obviously you have no idea how SAP and critical coverage pay work here. It is realistic for a second year FO to make 50K/yr. There are many capts making 10-12k per month with 14+ days off. LCAs are making more. The only thing missing was a viable fleet of aircraft. Envoy didn't get offered anything close to what we have. They got a stripped down concessionary version of what we have.

12/4 cap is horrible regardless of how you look at it. I was hoping AAG would offer 12/4 cap but also SAP and critical pay to their other wholly owned and you guys will not see it as concessions but obviously AAG would never do that.

Exactly. Any time guys start bashing a little too hard on PSA in the cockpit, I inform them I'd be making more money if I was flying at PSA than sitting RSV at envoy. Also after reviewing both Compass' and PSA's contract, they have all kinda of niceties in them that we certainly don't have at envoy. Guys are just having trouble looking past the 12/4 pay caps.
Solves that problem...

Interestingly, today on the FB Whipsaw page, there's a thread on the upcoming Delta contract negotiations and they compare Delta's current pay rates vs. 2004 rates vs. 2004 plus inflation rates. Of particular interest, they only show rates for years 1 - 12!
Also, on this (APC) website, there are only Delta pay rates for years 1 - 12.
All this leads to my question: do Delta pilot have a 12 year pay cap, (like PSA)?

On the good side, at least all the scum will be in one place!

Good, because we obviously would never agree on anything. I hate pessimism. See you at mainline, Cap'n.

Not too fair if you ask me.
