I can tell you when our planes start arriving next month TSA will basically have people going straight to line holder from class. We have a pretty dang good contract and a management that is actually friendly. I really don't know why more are jumping on as their seniority will be top half of the company within 2 years.

Right, well since every single regional is guilty of that, and with the pilot shortage and we have totally new management. Look I hate GoJets as much as the next guy, bud judging TSA by something they did 9 years ago isn't maybe the best indicator. They aren't currently using them as a whipsaw, see nice contract, unlike other regionals that are being whipsawed to death right now.

I'm enrolling in a pipeline program and I probably won't make it to envoy until the fall (ATP requirements). Will Envoy still be booming or will I miss out???? I'm new so don't hit me too hard. I'm on the outside looking in for now. But when I join the party I want DFW.

We will soon get better reserve rules where you start late on your first day coming in and finish early on your last day. This will specially benefit anyone who commutes to/from work. There will also be hard long call lines where you can practically sit on call from home and you'll get 12+ hours to make it inn for work. That's pretty awesome you asking me.
