1 because we don't have PBS, so people get removed from flying for training and other conflicts, and that flying goes into open time
2 Envoy is obsessed in keeping the operation running on time, so they are quick to remove crews from the flying if it looks like there is going to be a chance their next flight goes out late
3 we have a lot of airport standby.

No point in bidding a 4 on 2 off line if you live local. I'be spent 3 nights not in my own bed all month and will still credit 90 hrs from picking up OT. It's a no brainer if you live near the airport IMO. I'm not even senior on reserve either.

I feel the crj schedules will remain crap. Emj will maybe, get a little better. Then come March they'll be crap again.
