There is no mismanagement of upgrades. If you haven't noticed, we aren't necessarily top heavy on FO's either. The pilot list is managed for optimum coverage of both seats with what is available for a given month, week or day.

40 plus new hires per month will take care of this problem quickly. Your online ranting, along with other posters, some of which are trolls and don't even work here, does nothing to help the effort to keep 40 plus per month classes going.

If you are interested in flowing, you might consider trying to help instead of coming on here flinging the rumor of the week.

I get the occasional out and back JM, but if you take a multi leg multi day JM, then that's your fault. Refuse it, grow a set, or do all of you taking these illegal jm's let everyone walk all over you. 700 seems to think that's are perfectly fine because one day we'll be at AA, you sir are a ****ing joke.

Start refusing illegal jm's this pilot group is very weak, but I didn't know we were this weak.

As always you attack the employees you're supposed to be "managing" rather than, oh, I dunno, LISTENING to their concerns. This is exactly why the relationship between management and labor at envoy is so poisoned; management thinks their main problem is their own employees, rather than viewing us as their greatest asset. Sure would be nice to have those 500 pilots Jerry Glass scared off right now, huh?

What rumor have I said???? The company is assigning pilots multi days JM trips and calling it one JM event. The company is scheduling pilots 7 days in a row. The company is calling CAs 15-20 times to try to JM them.

Ok, Ill take back the management has mismanaged the upgrades. The fact still remains CAs are getting JMed constantly and FOs are not. We have many FOs go unused most days sitting at home or ready reserve.

If you think I'm going to sit here and tell everyone how awesome it is at Envoy right now I'm not. My QOL over the past two months has been the worst it has ever been. My wife is getting frustrated because I'm gone so much and my toddler has started crying when I leave for trips because I'm gone for so long at a time. Not seeing your family for 20 days out of the month is a killer. No one signed up for this kind of QOL. We had 13 FOs leave last month. That should tell you how great it is right now.

The question is...where does the FOs are going?

Some are going to Delta this month. I've seen some going to United, Delta, AA, JetBlue and Spirit the past couple of months. I'm pretty sure people are going up, not sideways.

I'm sorry for your situation. It's being pretty bad for the past 6 months. But it should get better as people gets in and as the flight file should start to change next year. I belive getting rid of Kirby and Isom being the new president it's good for Envoy.

Every major knows the quality of the Envoy pilots, we have good reputation and that's why people leave for better places.

Not sure how to help you out with DECS, maybe email your domicile CPO if you still don't have access when the next bid comes out, but nothing in schedules to be run soon. Rumor is next bid is towards the end of the year.

Make sure all of you new hires who are wanting to switch bases (E145 only) are signed up in ALPA's MIDT program. It's a monthly domicile transfer program that lets you swap with a pilot from another base. The only caveats are there has to be another pilot willing to swap bases with you, and you cannot trade into a base that your seniority won't hold. Basically, you can't trade in unless there is someone junior to you already in that base.

Sign in to the ENY ALPA site and do a search for MIDT. It might help you get that base transfer sooner than later.
