Orally ?
That's what entity's do that aren't willing to stand behind something. They might as well have put it out anally as for all intents and purposes, that's the same. Sounds to me like they are blowing things out their outflow valves again.

Thank god for eaglefly. He's providing us with such an incredible service. I wonder if he's going to put this community service down on an application under "trolling APC readers". My only question is why? What is your motivation, eaglefly? Dissuading maybe 2 potential Envoy pilots cannot be enough to motivate you to write this many posts. Move on and get a new hobby, if that's all trolling is to you.

eaglefly you aren't worth the waste of time or the waste of breath which is why I stopped entertaining your rants a long time ago.
But I'm going to ask you ONE SIMPLE question and see if you can answer it without being a blowhard (doubtful)...so here goes:
Not counting the E-190, at year 2 pay how much does an FO at AA make per year? Go ahead and use the lowest pay scale which is the Airbus/737.
And if you worked here-which you don't-you would know there are roughly 400 Captains in the 824 left to flow. At a rate of 30/month-which is on the low end-that would be almost all of them gone by this time next year.
An extension of the point above is this: There are roughly 400 pilots between the most junior current Captain and the 2011 new hires. Maybe less, I haven't checked in a while. Why is the 2011 new hires important? Because they are the last big group of pilots hired. Once they begin to upgrade anyone after them will follow quickly behind.
If by this time next year 360 Captains have flowed that means that the first batch of 2011 hires will be upgrading. The relatively small group of pilots hired after 2011 will be next as pilots continue to flow.
I'm sure you will pull all kinds of hypotheticals out of thin air to explain why none of that will happen. Of course you know more than anyone including AAG what will happen. This whole thing is their plan but you claim to know more than they do that it won't work.
Ok...sure, eaglefly. Throw a couple of your favorite smiley faces on your next post and tell us all how horrible things are going at a company you don't work for.

But, to answer your question, what does year 2 AA pay have to do with flowing to AA at the new-hire rate ? By your own warped argument, if an Envoy pilot supposedly flowed at 6 years, he'd not make year 2 pay there until 7 years from the reference point. You mix too many apples and oranges in your rotten fruit bowl.

ag386-the fraud-you aren't fooling anyone. You were exposed as a liar and as a person WHO DOES NOT work at Envoy.
It's only Karma that of all the month/year combinations you could have made up as your "hire date" you chose the one in which there is only ONE pilot currently on the seniority list. I know that pilot. I have flown with him. You are not him. Furthermore, you claim you are off on Christmas when in fact he is working that day.
Your foot in mouth procedure didn't end there. You first claimed to be "stuck" on reserve even though people junior to your fake hire date are line holders. Then you attempt to back peddle and claim you bid reserve on purpose to have Christmas off...except the one May 2013 hire on property is working on Christmas.
Oops!! You were also way off on your "most junior Captain" number which is easily verified by anyone who actually works at Envoy. Now you are claiming to be getting information from the training center when in fact you are getting it off of TALK AIRLINE?!?!?!?!
LMAO!!!! This is priceless!
You are a fraud, a liar, and a troll. You are lucky there are no mods on this forum as your fake account is on borrowed time at this point. Tell us who you really work for. Bet you won't...cowards like you prefer to live in the shadows.

You are an intern after all. You only do what you are told. Which includes posting a bunch of baseless, non-factual garbage and trying to tag it as fact. Envoy isn't the worst regional, but it's not some crown jewel that you bozos make it out to be. It's somewhere in the middle......with an 8 year upgrade and a 15 year flow. Deal with those numbers son.

But also has nothing better to do other then cause mischief and hate the people in Whoville who actually live down there from his place high up on the mountain.
