The question us Envoy boys have got to be asking in 2016 is "Where's the Vacancy Bid!!!!!!!??????" Huh? Put some meat on your 2.5/6 claims Ricky. I'm ready and waiting. We've gotta see some vacancy action in the 1st quarter. Actually, this 2.5/6 business was announced in April of last year. So, shouldn't it be 1 3/4 and 5 1/4 now? Right? Right?

It's only Karma that of all the month/year combinations you could have made up as your "hire date" you chose the one in which there is only ONE pilot currently on the seniority list. I know that pilot. I have flown with him. You are not him. Furthermore, you claim you are off on Christmas when in fact he is working that day.
Your foot in mouth procedure didn't end there. You first claimed to be "stuck" on reserve even though people junior to your fake hire date are line holders. Then you attempt to back peddle and claim you bid reserve on purpose to have Christmas off...except the one May 2013 hire on property is working on Christmas.
Oops!! You were also way off on your "most junior Captain" number which is easily verified by anyone who actually works at Envoy. Now you are claiming to be getting information from the training center when in fact you are getting it off of TALK AIRLINE?!?!?!?!

I don't want to start any rumors or pull a "Ric Wilson" and announce things too early even if they are factually correct. So I won't comment on any return flying just yet.
As for bonuses, the answer is no. First because we are having no problem retaining pilots. Since things stabilized around here and now that he flow is a serious thing people are staying.
Second because AA believes that an enhanced flow to AA in under 6 years with no interview will be enough to attract pilots.
In that they are correct. If the flow works and continues to work as we have seen it, Envoy will hire all the pilots they need and more without bonuses.
Bonuses at the Regional level are nice, but the real money is at mainline. Always has been and always will be. If a pilot can flow in under 6 years and be making over 100k that would be more valuable than any Regional bonus.

You criticize me for making hypotheticals and here you are doing exactly that.
The "nugget" you describe has been around awhile and the 30/month is an assumption. Almost ALL Envoy captains will flow by this time next year ? Aren't there perhaps 900 captains ?

But, AA (or more accurately AAG) isn't claiming any timeline promises to flow to AA, Envoy management is. Additionally, an Envoy pilot who flows to AA whenever that occurs, won't be making 100K, let alone over that. You're artfully jiggering your claims to imply things that aren't accurate by insinuating AA is representing a pilot "can flow to AA in under 6 years and be making over $100K".
