The lines are terrible, the vast majority of them sit below 72 hrs, so you'll get the minimum guarantee per the contract. However, the majority of the lines are NOT 11 days off, at least not for ERJ ORD (which is where most new hires are going), the majority of lines have around 13-14 days off. Count them, in January I only saw 1 line with 11-days off, in Feb = 10 lines with 11 days off.

The word is that the union is working with the schedules. Once they come out we will see. While we have a lot of bad lines there are a few that have high credit and a reasonable amount of days but they need to improve as a whole. We have been told that they will be getting better for months and they need to keep their promises.

And now for some more fantastic news at envoy...after repeatedly being told that schedules would improve by March, it has been leaked that the schedules are "the worst we've ever seen."
These lies from Tricky Ricky have become jokes with bad punch lines. Stay tuned to see how bad they actually are when they are published in a few days...

It might not be a bad place to wait things out until that legacy calls. Most definitely better than any regional. I just wouldn't wait around on that flow if I were hired after 2001.

How long have you been here? If you were hired anytime after 2001, have you considered jumping to a LCC if the legacies aren't calling yet? Frontier, Spirit and Allegiant especially have been hiring large numbers and forecast to continue that over the course of the year.

I highly recommend job fairs and the Allegiant meet and greets. Just don't get down and keep pressing in. You will get hired somewhere. Leaving a *****y company like Envoy behind is worth it.

Hear hear. After 3+ years of beat downs I was beginning to feel optimistic about this place and was drinking the Kool aid. I wanted to wait it out here for a call from a legacy, pass on going to an LCC and use the flow as a backup. But, with these awful schedules and with no sign of better schedules, better QOL, or better pay and them messing with flow, I may be seriously looking at a move to an LCC. Unless something drastically changes soon. March was supposed to be the month when the schedules were supposed to start improving. Guess we'll see.
