Yes, that never mentioned PAY CUT second year, and you are topped out by second year, but you should be able to make up the loss with all the JUNIOR MANNING that you can volunteer for and take your 12 days off down to 8 days a month. Welcome to AAG slave labor W/O.

I believe the $60,000 is based on 1,000 HR/YR. $37,900 + $2,100. That's based on year 3 pay. So when they say you max out at year 4 that means year 4 on the pay scale and not at 4 years with the company?

Yes, they are. In nearly 11 years at Eagle/Envoy, these are the worst schedules I've seen in terms of productivity (line value), days off, commutability, cadence, variety (1-2-3-4 day trips), and with the highest TAFB.

It's also been the worst in terms of reserve utilization, having open trips for the next day with zero reserves available, turn backs, ability to drop legs or trips or get PVD's or PO's, and the sheer number of legal and illegal junior man occurrences I have ever seen.

3) flowing 40 per month in January
Check your company e-mail. AAG plainly stated that they wanted 40 per month starting in January. You can plan on it happening.
As ANYONE that has been at Eagle/Envoy through the Letter 3 debacle and the subsequent grievances trying to get the company to comply with the original language will tell you, what the company SAYS and what the company DOES are two entirely different things. Given our current staffing situation, I put zero faith in this prognostication.

I just left an airline because it was incapable of improving; no resources and an inability of a process of continuous improvement. You clearly have issues with Envoy....why are you here? Are you afraid to quit? Based on your comments here, don't respond, go type up a resignation letter to your base CP. Better yet, I've attached one for your use. I find comical listening to raskels like you habitually complain but do nothing about it. Just use my attachment to quit. If you can't do it, give me the names and address and I'll do it for you. But you won't, you'll hang out here and complain. Instead of resolving important conflicts in your professional career you'll choose to waste your time here.

Wow. You sure wasted a lot of your time. And it's scary a guy with your attitude is in charge of an aircraft.

Adios! Crazy.

Very simply and factually— average TAFB is at a record high here. Many lines with over 400hrs TAFB that pay in the 75-85hr range. These are actual figures and not just a "vocal minority" opinion.

Worse on the crj, lines are between 70-80.

I appreciate your concern for my time management! Lol. Actually, the opposite is true....disgruntled employees with a bad attitude are of greatest concern to the FAA, company and its passengers. My "attitude" is surprise that you post so negatively about envoy but choose to stay here. What do you call that syndrome? Lol. In all sincerity, hope you find someplace where you can be happy.

Also, please fix my 4 on/ 2 off schedule, we all used to get 4 and 3. Thank you!

P.S. Stop junior manning me
It's base sallary at 75 hrs per month. 5k for per diem. 22100 for the bonus. It's actuall a little on the low side for an estimate.

And by the way you can't win this with cr700. He is just going to keep making stuff up about how the schedules are not that bad. But have you ever meet anyone who actually thinks these schedules are good? It's the running joke how bad they are. He works in an office so his 9-5 is pretty good.
