New Envoy Information

You may think Envoy pilots will all continue to flow until they don't. The company will claim that they can't run the airline losing so many pilots and the flow will stop. AA/Envoy aren't rule followers. They'll continue to violate the contract and your plans will all change. Meanwhile years go by with no fix and no $ just like the low time grievance.

I'd expect to see a merger of AAG WO regionals before incentives are handed out. Incentives cost money. Mergers remove redundancies and save money. However - that's logical thinking, and all of us know that AAG doesn't work like that.

It is just a money game to them.

You can't whipsaw a merged company against itself. That is the ONLY way Parker knows how to negotiate so it will never happen.

AA hasn't really done much street hiring lately, but in the past, (provided you were a shuttle commander with 10k hours in a fighter and highly connected) yes they have hired envoy pilots despite the flow.
