Ord. Good points that a new hire may or may not care about. Expect no credible answer on this page. In 8 or 9 posts they will restate seemingly bogus numbers without directly responding to you. Enjoy the silence.

There are some that post here before that were from the recruiting department. And some here that believe that this time the flow is going to work as they want it to work.

I'm very sorry to inform you that things have changed now but they are still the same. Your managers have filled you full of good stuff but they will not deliver I promise you. This flow will be cut down after the last 824 man leaves. Are you not already having troubles with manning cockpits today? What in this earth makes you think it will be easier when the protected pilots are up to bat? The difference there my friends is that the arbitration award is finished and the company can viloate another section of your contract. Flow.

This is not the truth.

When you flow, you get zero credit for any longevity and seniority. After flowing, you work for a different company and start all over at the bottom. You lose all your vacation accrual. You go back to Year 1 for everything. You go back on probation.

It is dishonest to pretend "flowing" is as simple and seamless as merely bidding a vacancy bid.

Yeah...he's even brought his trolling over to the Spirit thread trying to get guys to interview at Envoy as "Envoy is better than Spirit." Either he's not too bright or one of the best APC trolls of the year.

What he said. There are a handful of disgruntled types on here that will find bad in everything. It's their life mission to throw a wrench in this thread that prevents accurate information from getting out to potential new hires. I'll echo this poster. No, it's not true.

He's a disgruntled lifer who got stuck at envoy. What he says comes from the truth but always the most negative spin possible. Where as some other posters here give only the most positive spin. The truth someplace in the middle.
