Of course your jackal pack always slants things your way with a group howl. If only you were better at it. I use the term "likely" there (one you guys rarely, if ever use) and say "my bet", meaning............
Yup, my opinion.
That's the major difference between us. I represent my assertions as opinion (and use that term all the time), whereby you all insinuate certainties. Each foundation sends a different message to those that read it in consideration.
Keep howling your certainties though and I'll be here to offer my opinions in rebuttal.

Don't worry, we believe you! The flow will never reach the 824 and AA will furlough 400+ post merger. Sure...we believe you. Don't cry.

That has never occurred on this forum. Of course, that would be not only a pointless goal for me, but a worthless one Sammy.

Why? It scares him. He knows it's real info and all he can do is regurgitate company drivel and projectile vomit their projections into a post. When presented with hard numbers which equals a snapshot of history as to where I get my hiring projection for the year, no comment.
The Sales Team hopes this particular piece of information gets buried in this mountain of meaningless blather about how stupid Thrustlever/Eaglefly is and worthless keyboard strokes attacking myself.

There are no HARD CONFIRMATIONS of new hires. Only projections. Isn't that the buzzword you Sales Team guys are so fond of using?
All you can do is look at the previous hiring numbers and see what that trends to and make a projection. Aren't you in recruiting? Don't they have you looking at hiring numbers in the past and comparing to what you are getting now along with other carriers? I assume that you share info with other regionals.
I gave some a few posts up but here's a brief version. 44 new hires this year so far. With the super duper bonus announcement yesterday for Part 135 guys, you may see the numbers trend higher over the next couple of months but back down later averaging out to about 14.6 per month for 175 this year. Hey, didn't Eagle want to hire 600 in 2013 and you got what, about 150? A good many of those have since left the building thanks to AAGs draconian tactics.
Hired 150 in 2013. About 70 of those left. 12.5 average for 2013.
About 2780 total pilots on list at end of 2013.
Hired 110 in 2014. About 61 of those left. 9.1 average for 2014.
About 2370 total pilots on list at end of 2014.
Hired 100 in 2015. About 95 of those left. 8.3 average for 2015.
About 1960 total pilots on list at end of 2015.
Hired 44 in 2016. ?? are left. 14.6 average for 2016.
About 1850 total pilots on list at present.
Congratulations! Envoy has managed to chase off about 930 pilots through flow/normal attrition/retirement/flat out quitting, etc. in 2 1/2 years! A bit under 500 in flow alone since then so 430 just got fed up and left it seems. Looking at the list above, I'm leaning toward the good side in estimating hires for 2016. 175 is more than you've gotten in any year since 2013. We will see if it happens. If so, Envoy is still in trouble in regards to total staffing.
They don't want you to shrink anymore. AAG has finally figured out that they do indeed need pilots to fly their cheap feed and are throwing the cheap bucks at you right now. I said before that the floor was 1500 then revised to 1600ish. Now, with the CRJ's staying, 140/145's returning and possible new 175's, they need 1700-1800 in my estimation.
You don't have many to lose until you have to fill those vacancies.

Not exactly a source of confidence, especially this Envoy group. Are many of the higher ups still in E-175 training out of seniority or proper protocol like is being asserted by others there ?
Anyhow, off the record verbal claims are a dime a dozen (actually now a nickel), but official written communique that they'd actually have to stand behind would carry the minimum weight for this claim. It also means Envoy management would have to concur and for Envoy management to concur AAG management would have to concur and it is AAG that feeds the bulldog in this department.
But.......as I've repeatedly asked for (for the benefit of all), could you please post some quantifiable facts instead of unconfirmed claims ?
Thanks.

There is no long term facts with an iron clad guarantee no matter what in this entire industry. Maybe we will all get furloughed. Oh well, back to a different career field where I made more money anyway. Maybe Earth will be hit by a giant meteor and it will land right on Envoy headquarters next year? Every regional airline could be out of business 6 months from now.. (or not). Why don't you go over to the Skywest or Frontier threads and tell them they may not be employed next year. Ask them to show you the guarantee that they will be! They are telling new hires they will be based in ORD and upgrade quick, OMG.. maybe they won't be if the airline goes out of business due to something happening, or they merge, or cancel orders, or don't get a contract! Those guys on those threads are SALESMAN!!! LIARS!!! Go after them, tell them the alternative universe plans if things don't go as planned!!!
Jesus! I can just picture Eaglefly arguing with a freaking rock on the side of the road, just for the sake of arguing it and telling it that maybe it isn't really a rock. You will need to see the proof and hard evidence that it really is a rock! "Maybe Mr. Rock, you are just a hardened clump of dirt which is stuck together due to baseless mud and you will erode into nothing more than dust in a few weeks, possibly a month.
I know the others around here are claiming you are certainly a rock and will be around for a long time. Clearly, they are desperately trying to sell you off as a being a rock, but I am not convinced. I think maybe you are a false scammer rock, trying to pass yourself off as a rock for your own personal gain and I shall expose it to the world. I am not buying this rock scam you are selling. I will need further evidence in writing from multiple sources of authority and of course a confirmation from the President of the Smithsonian Institute of Natural History to prove these baseless assumptions of all the other local jackal geologists, that you are indeed a rock". .
