No. I think we're getting an influx of toxicity thanks to eaglelounge changing format and url. These guys don't like change and got butthurt about it. Quit the 'lounge and stamped their little feet. But they still need a bridge to live under and make sure that everyone knows envoy sucks, they'll tell you every possible way. Even the sucks that haven't happened. Like the flow stopping.

My reasons for posting here are because I have no intention of letting AAG management destroy the morale of an entire company over a few dollars an hour, and then try to blow sunshine up the posteriors of potential employees thinking they can get away with it. Parker and his cabal put an enourmous amount of unnecessary stress on the employees of this company and their families, and it has had a very real effect on marriages and relationships. Moves, commuting, lost pay, lost days at home all add up. Actions have consequences, and disgruntled employees are what AAG has wrought. No way am I going to let a management lackey's (cr700)....to put it politely, embellishment of the truth go unchallenged. I warned everyone that if we gave into Parker in the TA, he would know he could bully us into anything from then on. Just watch what happens when we get to #825. |
Don't know why some of you are all bent out of shape for the flow. Unless you have multiple check ride failures, or FAA violations then the flow is your ONLY alternative.
In the meantime, Delta, United are hiring like crazy. |

You'd think with a sure bet to a major airline, it wouldn't be that way and they'd be in a zen like state. I know two that have passed on Envoy to go to SkyWest and one is already on the path to Jet Blue. There are plenty of choices out there and with the pilot shortage, it will only get better.
On the other hand, you've got Trinity Dawn here who recognizes how badly ENY treats their employees. He's obviously not pro company. How did these other guys fall in love with Envoy? |

Quickest way to destroy morale is to go out of one's way to prevent people from working here and ensuring the sky falls just like you predict. Funny how some don't want to see their own hand in their destruction. Or, the destruction they leave for others to deal with. I don't disagree with what you're saying, though. It's been a crushing several years here since we were overrun. At some point we need to stop living in the past and try to fix the future. Constantly projecting negativity doesn't do that, but then neither do the trolls posting unrealistic propaganda deliberately to flamebait the trolls. They've got to be the same people, posting to fan their own flames. Too much free time on their hands. |
