I love how the recruiters on here are staying quiet. They're doing this so if there is an announcement, they can go "what now haters". Totally ignoring the point that most of us are making. New bases, upgrades are great and a good direction for all. But we don't have problems with that, our problems are with the leaders here who make everything tough. Address those problems then you don't need your recruiters to come on here to make medium announcement's seem bigger then they are.

Have they ever actually been right on here when saying a big announcement is coming. No, it happens weeks later and they say see told ya so. I hope they do say something today, it'd be nice. But if they dont, then that's ok. We will continue doing what we do.

A pilot can fly anything.

Still the dumbest thing I've heard. I'd rather have a guy with piloting skills than a computer person. Have you seen the pilots overseas at the Asian carriers? They are solely focused on automation and have zero piloting skills. Whether it's fully automated or not, an airplane will always be an airplane, which means there will always be the need to be able to cut everything off and fly it when everything hits the fan. Sorry to say this, but I really hope you stay in the regionals for a very long time until you figure that out. But unfortunately the flow moves guys like you on to mainline regardless.

I have an interview on the 10 th of next month and I have a couple of questions about life at Envoy.

I want to get DFW for sure, what is my best option ERJ145 or 175?

Also how is QOL in general? how many consecutive days off? how many on the road? Reserves for a new hire?
