Actually I had Panera today. Is that really your counter, or attack on me that I'm ag386. I don't care if that's what you believe, but I don't see the comparisons, besides the fact that we counter the bull you lay down. One of the posters on the last two pages knows who I am now. Arby's damn that sounds good now though.

Yup, if you say so. Rick's calling, he's ready for you. Won't be a hard week, if the company puts out a nice vacancy, good about time. My gripes are schedules(lack thereof) and Pedro and Ric's management style.

My guess is that you are a disgruntled former Envoy employee with an ax to grind. What better place to post than all of the misfits here spreading misinformation about Envoy? Seriously, you guys have mental issues.

Your constant negative barrage against the company is way past old. Get over it! Envoy has more good news coming and in addition will be flowing 40 per month early next year. What about this gives you such heartburn? If you really work here.

Ric and Pedro run this company the exact opposite way you should to get employees to follow their lead. Notice, no matter what they've done, the mood on the line has not changed. If all these changes were announced and we had different leaders, I'm willing to bet you would hear the gripes come to an end. You can't keep the same leadership that was dictatorship, when your trying to make changes and make envoy be the place to go.

You're wrong on all accounts. Are you saying we have good schedules. Because the union quited all of you down on that front, when they published the line stats. How come there are only 3 or 4 of you on here, or any other forums saying anything good. We get it, it's great upgrades are coming, and flows may increase, that isn't whats causing the heartburn for most at Envoy.

Why I'm negative about this place is management holds us accountable when we screw up and do bad. But when management screws up and doubles down on concessions with our contract for 175s, still no concrete pay increases, horrible schedules, 80% of the pilots commuting, and we "should be happy"? Hypocrites. They teach us the importance of fatigue management yet abuse the fatigue system, they purposely seek termination. Thank god I'm not one, yet. Always a liability and never an asset. If we were, it wouldn't be such a PITA just to commute home after fatigue or sick calls, or fix the schedules. Just you wait new hires. Once the honeymoon is over, you'll get the same treatment as us senior pilots have. I don't care if they slap $$$ in my face, this place has a lot of owning up to do.

Ric and Pedro are Kirby mini me's. If they want change here, those two need to leave. More will get on board, maybe we'll stand in the corner on board, but at least we'll get on-board. Pedro and Ric are in positions that are above their education and personality.

I've already flown with a couple FO's that have mentioned they deliberately avoid calling in fatigued because they know it will probably be converted to an MA, or at least they'll lose the pay. One even mentioned they didn't want to do it because of the stipulation in the flow that, if there are any disciplinary measures currently on file, you can be withheld from flowing. Rumors are the company is dishing out step letters more often these days. How is the loss of pay, threat of discipline and possible loss of flow due to discipline not coercing people into flying when they shouldn't?
