Not sure on what the cause is, JH said it's not one specific thing they're failing on. As far as experience, we were all hired with no experience, new hires have more experience now then in years past.

I'm calling BS on this. I'm in the CRJ going trough training right now and people seem to be passing just fine. |

According to DIC, from yesterday's union/company meeting, crjs will begin to leave in April, at a rate of 1 per month, and in his douchy words, he hopes they can take them faster.
