What is the pass/fail rate for the 145? 175? What is JH? Thank you very much for opening my eyes with this great information !

Are the rest of the aircraft in the fleet that low?

Is this a training issue, an aircraft issue or because so many of the people being hired just don't have enough experience?

Not sure on what the cause is, JH said it's not one specific thing they're failing on. As far as experience, we were all hired with no experience, new hires have more experience now then in years past.

Are CFIs more or less prone to fail?

I'm calling BS on this. I'm in the CRJ going trough training right now and people seem to be passing just fine.

Last 2 classes have 6 failures alone. 3 failed the oral. Don't know about the rest.

Really? How many people were in the last 2 classes for the CRJ?

Go to the training hotel, three of them are in the lobby everynight.

I am in the training hotel and that's how I know you are making stuff up. 60% pass rate get the heck outta here.

OK big guy. I've given enough. I've told you how many failed according to the people that failed. I've told you what JH said, I'll take his word over yours, since he's the one failing them. Think about it, crj classes are small doesn't take many to make it a low percentage. But what do I know new hires are always the smartest.

According to DIC, from yesterday's union/company meeting, crjs will begin to leave in April, at a rate of 1 per month, and in his douchy words, he hopes they can take them faster.
