It's always a crap shoot but I would guess LGA reserve would be shorter. With all the movement now, none of the bases should have an exceptionally long reserve. Maybe DFW will have the longest, but it will be much different over the next year as ENY continues to flow and hire.

I am told for 2017, 1st class is Jan 17, thence every two weeks after that.

It is alleged once you pass the background check and receive a CJO, you can choose any class. They also allege they have no limit on class sizes.
