Right now we are ahead of the curve at 62.1%, according to Wilson's email, so there is no need to send more than 30 per month. In fact, they could withhold as much as legal in order to catch us up with the 50% aggregate. I'm not saying they will or they won't, but we are currently ahead of the curve, and somehow I feel like it will be exactly 1648 guys hired when we send the 824th. We will know in a few months!

I don't know about anyone else, but I can tell you that I'm staying positive and trying to offer potential new hires an accurate picture of where Envoy is. Unlike you who is 100% negative and never offers anything good. I've never seen you post on the benefits of the flow or the rapidly dropping upgrade. With you, it's just horrible schedules, horrible management, etc.

Yeah, I guess it depends on the size of the AA classes. I've heard anywhere from 750 to 1000 new hires there for 2017. In the past I think their summer classes have been a little smaller, so it seems that maybe the first 3 or 4 months they will have to run at capacity in the schoolhouse if they will make 800 or so for the year. If they manage 80-90/mo for the first quarter of the year we may fall behind the aggregate...or not. It's all just speculation.
It does look like the finishing of the 824 might be a couple of months before the 40th 175, so we will probably have some slim months of flow over the summer.

But then of course, RW statement (and the rumor mill) seems to indicate they have said they can't do 40/mo. So either they REALLY want to see Nicolau yet again over the same arbitration, or they plan on having mid-year classes with largely envoy folks at the end of the 824 in order to avoid running foul of it. It would give them time to get more new hires online and some of the upgrade backlog cleared. But as usual since they don't tell us much of anything, this is all just throwing darts while blindfolded.

No, if you were trying to offer an ACCURATE picture, you would at the very least acknowledge the difficulties and QOL degradation our pilot group has gone through. But you won't even do that. Instead, you call us liars, negative nancys, and use every opportunity to discredit what we are saying.

Specifically, just what is it you don't understand about the dropping upgrade? You do know we are into 2011 hires as CA now right? Once we get through the 2011 guys, which were a very large number, subsequent years hiring numbers were relatively small.
