The fact is that Envoy is the ONLY carrier offering an extremely robust flow to American. For the 10% of you here that cannot grasp that fact benefits you more than ANY other regional pilot employed today, I invite you to submit your resignation and move on to the carrier of your choice or out of the industry altogether. There are hundreds of other pilots that will gladly take your place.

The flow is strong. In January alone, Envoy is sending 1.7% of its pilots to AA. Only two other carriers have true flow and their flow percentages don't even get to half of the 1.7% Envoy is sending. IN JANUARY ALONE.

Envoy also offers the best flight benefits industry wide. Your benefits are EXACTLY what an AA 777 Captain has.

If that's not enough, how does a 2.5 year upgrade and a 5.7 year flow to the largest major airline in the world sound as icing on the cake?

New guys and prospects. Ignore the few twisted and negative posters we have here. Their version of Envoy is NOT reality.
Quit talking about flow with me you liar. I address Qol, Schedules, and hostile management. Flows fine with me, not working as 40 amonth like you say, but I'm fine with 30. Just quit saying 40.

**** you. We're sick of people like you, things are rough at envoy, senior to jr. Everyone has the same complaints, it's lying management like you that like to talk over all the crap going on here. Just like you try to engage flow talk with me, even though it's not what I'm talking about. 10% is the company men side, 70%-80% are unhappy here. If there wasn't flow envoy would be down to pilots that can't go anywhere. Flow is all envoy has going for it.

2.5 and 5 haven't happened yet. So quit saying it has. I believe it will(same everywhere else) but it hasn't yet.

You act like people should deal with all the crap that's going on here, because they will get to AA eventually. Oh great, let things suck till then

The projected time to flow should be increasing for new hires, not decreasing!!!

It's simple math. If we are hiring 60+ a month yet the flow category new hires fall into will be at a rate of ~15 month (it's based on pilot group size). Based on this fact, for every month the projected time to flow for a new hire should INCREASE by 4 months.

Call d.j in ord cp office, she'll be very happy to tell you how bad scheduling has been behaving. Intern.

I'm starting to think cr700 is just a troll. Nobody in their right mind would defend this company as he does. Hell even r.w. doesn't puff that much smoke.

If new hires believe what cr700 has to say, well good luck when it's your time.

Ask yourself this,

Why do we have 12 and 4 caps?
Why does the company for the last 3 yrs say schedules will be better in January?
How are we growing, when 700's are going to PSA?
How are we growing if emj's are going to PDT?

Default Help deciding airframe & base

I am in Jan 30th class. I will be moving to wherever I will be based so given the choice between 175 DFW,700 ORD,145 ORD,145 DFW & 145 LGA which one should I pick if I want to fly as much as possible & make more money.I don't care about day offs.I am single & willing to work my ass off as I am coming aboard to build as much 121 jet time as possible in the first 2 years & then try my luck in Asia. Thanks to anyone who can give quality info to help me decide.

agreed with jetset...dfw 145 has ample flying as well. Take your pick but probably 145 ord or dfw is your best bet if hoping to max out flying.

Stay away from the crj. DFW 145, or LGA for short rsv.
