Prior to our return the total amount of 50 seat airplanes in AA's NYC system was around 30 hulls divided mostly among Air Wisconsin and TSA with PSA and PDT doing a little through flying. We're starting with around 10 planes which pushed out Air Wisconsin. Those planes in LGA came mostly at the expense of ORD with Skywest backfilling some of that flying with CRJs. The next 15 will either be from other bases or repatriated flying from TSA.

I thought those 14 hulls were used at LGA? That's why we are able to open LGA so quick. However, I believe we are still sending 145s to PDT so doesn't that make the 145 fleet size a wash?

It's my understanding aag has told envoy we will fly as much as we can staff, there's no lack of airplanes available.

We've even accepted flying we can't staff, as is evidenced by schedules and staffing the last few months. Which is why it is impossible to believe that envoy will turn down potential flying from AA just to avoid metering the flow.

All facts appear LGA is a replacement for all the awac crj200 flying out of LGA. TSA operates from Rdu and STL with the 145s from Eagle, they could operate those airplanes anywhere in the system as well. The c check comes late this year, I'd expect to see them goto envoy then. Similar to xjt.

Oh OK thanks for the explanation.

These "increased flow" rumors are akin to the "one list" rumors from back in the day. I VERY VERY HIGHLY doubt we will ever see any flow numbers greater then what is required by metering. No matter how many new-hires we get, we will always be short staffed because we will just keep on taking on more flying then we can handle.
Like one day you cheer for the company. Another day you attack. What for? Find one side you like better and stay there.

Amiga, the flow is real...did I say otherwise? I'm going to break it down realllllll simple for you. We will never be properly staffed to the point where envoy management will release more past the metered amount. Did that get though to you cupcake?
