Extactly! It bypassed because of the 121 SIC requirement... or pic 135. I just got it and I've been here less than a year because I came from another airline.

ALPA nor the company have any desire to go down the road of street CAs. Time will tell if any incentives will be thrown our way to get FOs to bid CA. Buckle up, it's gonna be an interesting ride.

In about 6 months time we will have gone from training 5 year FOs to 5 month FOs for CAs.

Somebody better warn Mesa and Expressjet about their impending mass exodus.

I thought the flood gates at Envoy had already burst open. I think they're about to get smashed off the hinges. There's going to be a stampede of new hires coming here...like a bus full of fat women at a lunch time buffet.

Are there any plans for the 175 for ORD or MIA? Any plans on LAX opening? Where are the CRJs currently? How long is flow projected?

These will be the new junior upgrades when they hit training later this year. Minus the CRJ which might have seen its last upgrade as the fleet draws down and MIA which is a small and senior former base every CA seat including the E175 is accessible with less than 2 years seniority.

DFW E175-Dec 2015
DFW E145-Apr 2017

ORD E145-Nov 2016
ORD CRJ-Jan 2011

LGA E145-Apr 2017

MIA E145-Feb 2014

175 is more than likely heading to ORD at some point. MIA, not anytime in the near future. LAX...I'd say it's possible but who knows. CRJ is currently in ORD and will stay there as it withers on the vine, suffering a slow and painful death. Flow is now currently pushing 8 years. As long as our new hire classes remain as huge as they've been without any extra bodies flowing to AA each month, the flow keeps creeping up.

Where's ag386 or whatever...did he get the upgrade? Did he flow? Will he be flying the new Envoy 747 when it arrives from the factory in Seattle?
