Answers above. Bottom line, as you said, it's a regional. All regionals suck. In my opinion, Envoy is in the top 3 regionals to work for. There are many challenges just like any other regional. Being wholly owned is a huge advantage in terms of job security and benefits. The AA wholly owned regionals have the absolute best travel benefits in the industry. They are identical to the AA travel benefits. Pay is finally getting up to where it should be, benefits are okay, and the movement here right now hasn't been seen in a long time. Current most junior awarded CA has been on property 3 months. Schedules suck and commuting sucks. If you can drive to work, you'll probably make out alright.
