Thanks and I understand. Currently, what is the seniority/hire date for DFW's most junior 175 FO, 145 FO, 175 CA & 145 CA? (I'm especially interested in gaining a better understanding of how senior DFW is for CA's on both 175's & 145's.)
There's other components of the cadet program that would be quite helpful in my situation as well, but increased likelihood of getting DFW (ideally on 175 but nothing wrong with the 145) out of training is big.

As stated, it's impossible to know what the landscape will look like 1.5-2 years from now. I don't think Envoy management even knows what DFW will look like around then. For 2018, DFW 175 will stay relatively stagnant and the 145 will grow. Beyond that, who knows. If I were take a pure guess, I wouldn't think either status would see any substantial shrinking. The good news is, that if you do pursue the cadet deal, you'll have first choice of base/equipment as a new hire.

Is it 64 hours of pay during training? I was just reading the contract because I always thought it was 64 hours and I'll be going back through long term soon and I thought I read 75 for a full month of training. Section 3.N.1.a states 75 hours. Is there a letter that supersedes this section? I'm trying to figure out my budget for when I'm in the school house.

If you're on reserve, just hope they don't call. I was proactive and even though I was the most senior FO I called to let them know I was sick. Rather do that, than be the a**hole who would be their last resort and tell them nope. But noooooooo. Haven't heard the end of it. And don't count on the commuter policy. Better just list yourself on 6 flights and hope for the best
Learn to be flexible. And by that I mean practice touching your toes cause the company is gonna want you in the position for a loooong time.
