I fully understand that things are vibrant (with some changes more predictable than others), but in 18-24 months is DFW expected to be more junior, more senior or similar to the present for each category above?

E175's & E145's are the only ***** equipment based at DFW currently, right? Is there any projected gain or loss of equipment in the next 2-4 years for ***** at DFW? (I'm understand that this is a long ways out, but I can't help but be curious about what's currently expected.)
Yes, 145s are 175s the current DFW fleet. It's really impossible to know anything 18-24 months out. At this point, it is pure speculation. For now, I believe DFW is a more senior base.

Yep happened to me as well. Called fatigue, asked for authorization to commute home. “No. Sorry, I cant do that. But you can fly on United!”

I'm 18-ish months from having ATP minimums (I have no previous Part 121 experience), but I'm beginning to put a plan together (subject to change as things play out, of course) and Envoy is currently my primary target (my wife & I live in DFW) such that I'll likely seek to join the Cadet Program as early as possible, so thanks to anyone who is good enough to share what they know.
As stated, it's impossible to know what the landscape will look like 1.5-2 years from now. I don't think Envoy management even knows what DFW will look like around then. For 2018, DFW 175 will stay relatively stagnant and the 145 will grow. Beyond that, who knows. If I were take a pure guess, I wouldn't think either status would see any substantial shrinking. The good news is, that if you do pursue the cadet deal, you'll have first choice of base/equipment as a new hire.

Default Training pay

Can anyone summarize how the pay works during training and roughly what the numbers come out to?

64 hours a month of training pay @ 37.90 ish an hour. (Cprrection) 16 hours of perdiem per day at $1.85 an hour until you pass your check ride.

Have a month off at home because of a training back log. All of the above keeps rolling.

Most people take a pay hit once they hit reserve on the line .

You're paid 16 hours of perdiem not 24.

True. The 24/7 per diem and 75 hours pay during training is a thing of the past.

It’s through completion of IOE. Not just your checkride. So you’ll be getting paid for that time off.
