Oh sweet! Yeah they gave me a YYZ turn getting in late back into LGA, I thought that was going to mess up my 4 commuter hotels for March

I don’t think anyone really cares about the jet itself, but there are legit reasons to prefer the better fleet: neat flying like Canada, Mexico, less legs and more cruising getting paid to do nothing, presumably less mx issues, not flying with street captains or bitter forced upgrades (not that they aren’t potentially excellent PICs), growing fleet, plus you don’t have to bend over and shuffle to get in the back.
Now imagine you have all that in your head and a couple offers from people who pay much more, have good reserve policies, passable bases, and all modern fleets, and 60% of the bonus you were promised in your hand because the rest went to the government.

I called earlier this month nine hours after making my request and still not seeing it booked. Once they were reminded that it was needed because of their doing, then they booked it.

They go right into long term without the award.. I know a guy taking his fed ride tomorrow who has never had the award or displacement.
