Your goal right now is to be the invisible man......"who was he..never heard of him...he flowed to AA". You're failing at this goal right now.
Number one, they are a troll just trying to get a rise out of you. Number two, the protected pilot doesn't have the "you were a bad boy, no flow for you" technicality in it. Number three, the protected pilot group ends with October 2011 hires, so his mythical persona wouldn't be part of that group anyhow.

Of course it is. How else you think they operate when the only tactic they use is hope?

The next TDY from ORD to LGA will be a contract violation, since TDY's are supposed to be for 90 days or less.

I thought they could involuntary TDY you more than once a year. There isn't a restriction on how many times they can force TDY a pilot. Once they Force TDY everyone in base then they can start over again from the bottom. At least that is how I understand it when I read it.

105 captain vacancy just released today. It's a great time to be at Envoy! Upgrade should be under 3 years at this point?

The paper award will probably have late 2015 and early 2016 hires upgrading. When they get to class it'll likely be a 2-2.5 year upgrade assuming they're not holding out for the E75.
