You will be terminated by Envoy, therefore risking future employment with any AAG carrier.

According to the 175 sim instructors, there is a big recurrent bubble looming on the 175 and they want to have that accommodated before additional new hires are placed in the 175.

I can attest to that. Just recently finished type ride and they told me they had a ton of recurrents coming in over the next couple of months.

Wow, they really have you by the balls when do one of these pipeline things. Just more reason not to lock yourself into one in this current hiring environment.

How can they be terminated from someplace they don't even work at? They haven't passed training or a checkride. Worst that should happen is being forced to pay back any money in tuition reimbursement and told you can't apply at Envoy. I'm sure PDT and PSA would love to have them.

They ARE employed by Envoy, and they signed a contract saying the would complete 1 year as an FO. When someone breaks the contract and is terminated, that gets taged to their employee number. Guess who issues employee numbers?...AAG. This is not something I would want attached to me.

Well for our pipelne program , we didn't get any bonus yet...the only bonus is the one when we start the FO training....other than the flight benefiets i am still getting paid a regular CFI pay in my school...so i don't see what they can ask me to pay back? And i don't see any problem withh AAG ..if i go to another competitor regional carrier...humm
