Questions for the well inform out there, if the 175 is staffed for know , the CRJ's are slowly moving to PSA and Piedmont is Getting some of the 145/140. What is the future for a new hire? Endless reserve until CRJ and 145's are gone and then what?? Is envoy replacing the aircraft leaving with 175's? Will a new hire be able to get the extra 5K for Legacy fleet when the Legacy is the only fleet in the menu?

Hey Guys, so if we are not a growing fleet does that mean the crew upgrades and reserves will slow down. Was hoping the 2.5 yrs upgrade would only get shorter not longer.

The 145s are staying Until 2020 or longer (I have heard 2022) and we are going to be keeping the CRJs longer then thought.
There is movement here and it is going to stay that way. Why do you think they are hiring PSIs? They need to ramp up and keep the training going to accomadate all the flying They have slated.

I suspect guys that fly with you count the minutes until they get to slam-click you for the night, smiling on the inside because they know you'll someday grow to realize that you were once "that guy" for a while......a legend in your own mind.
