In house Flight training Academy that also provides in-house financing. Republic Airways Unveils Lift Academy - Inside INdiana Business

FYI,. Republic pilots earn more than Envoy pilots (FOs & CA, short term and long term), better QOL, reserve rules, and lots of bases, oh an 1 fleet all Embraer 170/175 product. Min Credit trips, soft pay, 12days off Minimum (Rsv & Line holders), better 401k, and more.
but but but we have the flow. So company & union leverages that to recruit.

Speaking of scope...
They have 60 170’s so those will most likely be replaced. The other 40 could go for the replacement of older 175’s. They must have a plan because everyone is scoped out. I guess having the big 3 own the majority of you allows them to be dictated to from all directions.

People have been talking about the future of regionals and which way the scale will ultimately tip.
We shall see.

"Sometimes I wish I'd gone to Republic" inches closer to "I wish I'd gone to Republic" lol
Are we at least still the more stable airline, or does the fact that all their planes are moneymakers and most of ours are dead weight in the current cost environment ruin that as well?

No worries. Just add three months into whenever you got your last one and that will give you the ballpark idea of when it is coming.
