Aggressive pickup window starts 2 days prior instead of day prior. Scheduling will also begin assigning pairings 2 days out. Out of base open time can be picked up 48 hours prior instead of 24. Secondary pickup window will run after that for 36 hours.
Retaining 401K DC plan for current pilots; pilots hired after DOS will no longer get DC.

Pay rates do not include Earned Quarterly Override. If you fly an average of 70 hours/month in a quarter you get $2000 as a CA, $2500 as an FO. Pushes up the rates.
