Right, don't forget the EQO. It's basically a contractual retention bonus of $10k/yr for FO, $8k/yr for CA. Paid quarterly, taxed as payroll instead of bonus. Must credit 210 hours in preceding quarter. All forms of credit count, including vacation, sick call, etc. Pro rated if 210 not met.
They claim that when the EQO is factored in, it places us at or above industry average with the exception of Endeavor.
