Thats what I hear, we kept current work rules, line bidding and did a couple small tweaks in there(for the better) and added pay rates on top. That sounds good, I always said "why don't we just keep our work rules and add pay rates on top"? most people would vote for that! I think that is what is happening, i just dont know pay rates yet... We will know soon

Ehhhh it's hard to say. Pay rates are highly mediocre but they're doing this quarterly retention bonus that's built into the contract.

They're offering holiday pay though. So they go that going for them.

It’s not terrible. Was hoping for a signing bonus or a flow, which may or may not happen if/when UA announces the purchase.

So far I'm liking the reserve rule improvements. Definitely a step in the right direction.
