ILIW isn't actually as mad as it seems. Even well past 10pm and the following day I've been able to make things happen, including dropping days. Some days will go 0 or negative fast, others will stay positive the whole window.

If not, then a more junior guy may have access to it. The lines are awarded in seniority order, and that’s when you have the chance to make sure you are available.

Believe me, I’d rather just have PBS and be done with it.
