Your falling for SGU’s trap!! That’s exactly how they tried to pitch it to SkyWest pilots. “But you have to add”.... your “incentive” money... Just looking at $hr. Im $2 more a hour on the 50 seat then I would be there on your 76 seat scale. Not even counting the 15k a year i will have in bonus money. That can disappear anytime they want it to..

None of us know the skywest pay scales or bonus structure. Please elaborate.

We don't understand our bonus structure either. Lol. We get 2 profit sharing checks/year and 4 performance/financial bonuses/year.

These aren’t bonuses. They are written into the contract as quarterly guarantees as long as you credit an average of 70 hours/month, including sick time and vacation.

These aren’t profit sharing or performance based. Guaranteed every quarter as long as you credit an average of 70 hours each month. Prorated if you don’t.

Section 28 of the TA- “If SkyWest Holdings, Inc. is still a majority owner of ExpressJet Airlines at the end of Jan 2019, the Parties will immediately re-enter Section 6 negotiations.”

If you're above the year 15 scale you're not really making a fair comparison.

Our profit sharing checks have a guaranteed minimum written into our "contract".
