At guarantee, and figuring in the bonuses, that pay is still below 9e, but very close.

I agree. I want to point out that they made it clear, however, that these are not “bonuses” in the normal sense. These continue beyond the duration of the contract.

Endeavor tops out at $122. Republic surpasses that I believe by the end of their contract.

I was looking at current rates. 2 years from now would be $120 vs $115 which again, is pretty close when you factor in our work rules.

Perhaps. I don’t know who knew what and when.

I'm not calling all the ASA guys nuts, just the couple yahoo's that wouldn't shut up. Probably JB one of em.

OO bonuses are guaranteed as well. They are based on profits and such, but there is a guarantee number built in. So even if the company isn’t profitable we still get a bonus.

This TA looks like good news, but I still don't trust Skywest. I still think they're trying to keep the lights on until who knows what.

Best of luck to all.

Aha, the "secret contingency."

Yeesh, this is turning out to be like USAir/AWA.

I have mixed opinions. I wish they improved trip credit rules. I feel like at least they should have improved it to 3.75/day average for all pairings (not just 4 day trips).

That conference call was an ordeal.

Unfortunately a few on each side make things appear worse than they are. They FOs we’ve had transition to the ERJ side have been happy.

What’s the minimum guarantee/quarter?
