It's a multiplier based on credit hours. It's 9% of profits guaranteed at 135 million this year and 140 million the next few years.

Frankly, I see this TA as a nonrisk. It's only 3 years. If SkyWest does not sell us by Jan 2019 OR we do not get the -175's UAL promised then section 6 talks open again. So both MUST occur. Frankly, I think this puts the ball and the pressure on the other parties involved to get things moving.

Q.E.D. for our ASA silverbacks: EDV is WHOLLY OWNED thats why their pay scale is so high.
To spell it out: The big airline owns the baby airline so the baby airline gets the big money that the big airline give them.

I don't know what, what my guaranteed payout will be? No because it depends on how much I work. It also depends on the total credit hours worked by the entire pilot group.

Well......going back into section 6 really means nothing. They can go into section 6 then just stall until we collapse and go out of business.

"John" on the call was not JB.

This attitude is why we can't have nice things. Republic figured out how to match them. Why can't the rest of us?

Because we are currently a subcontractor to a subcontractor.

Ours does not have that. $2,500/quarter for an FO, $2,000/quarter for captains.
