We have plenty of 145s to staff though which will lead to more routes. Upgrades are coming down fast all we need is more pilots. Theres no reason someone who wants to fly a lot even on RES shouldnt come here.
ExpressJet desperately needs more good news and new 175’s to keep going. New hires will not come without them.
Not to mention Skywest gets more actual “new flying” in a 6 month to year timeframe than this place has gotten in a decade.
145 routes out of IAH are short hops in many cases. You’ll do 5-6 legs in order to get anything over 5-6 hrs pay for a day. That gets old real quick going to SHV, GPT, CRP, etc. over and over.
