You’ve got to be new. Any pilot on the list with a seniority greater than 6 years has seen the company culture, contract, domiciles, types of equipment, brand....you name it, change (in a not so favorable way) from what was advertised when they took the job. Just because you are fresh and tolerant to the operation, currently, doesn’t mean it won’t become a reality for you down the road. Point fingers all you want. Come up with reasons why anyone that complains is just plain ole bitter and had 100% control over their career as a pilot. It’s your right to be that way. One day though...........well you’ll see.

The “then leave!” thing has run its course. Like some bad 80’s dad joke, it offers zero insight or help to others.
If you are so passionate about the state of a company you no longer work for, maybe you should offer a consulting service to those desperate folks filling up the life boats. We all know how that would work out though.
