It’s very illogical to call someone a “koolaid drinker” referencing YX and OO guys, when both companies top the DOT statistics. Facts are facts.
And yes, it’s EXTREMELY funny that United awarded all this flying to a carrier that continues to struggle to man their fleets (facts again) and then ask for YX to pick up the slack (more facts).
Working for a regional owned by United is not a positive. Arguably the riskiest mainline to be owned by, judging by their managements decisions. Always 3-5 years behind AA and DL. I’d be careful.

In a perfect world, mainline would give regionals with the best performance the flying. You know because cancelled flights angers customers which potentially choose to take their business elesewhere which translates to lost profits for the big wigs. Simple. Ask Delta how it’s done!
Not jealousy, but lots of frustration when the sub par guys that still can’t prove themselves get the flying contracts. UA will always be cheap and it’ll catch up.

For two years straight XJT was at the top of the performance charts. This was a couple years ago and United rewarded us by giving our planes to TSA and then C5.
Yeah our peformance sucks for now but it will get better so can you guys can go pee on somebody else’s campfire?

Know your language. Terms like “Industry Leading” and “Unmatched Success” are puffery, not facts. Also I must have missed where the big “DL needs YX consulting help to run their business” fact originated.
Play fast and loose with your facts, I know it makes it easier to wow your friends and “Trump” (pun intended) randos on the interwebs.

Furthermore I am alumni, so "you are" doesn't apply. I used the great networking available by virtue of the fact that so many of our pilots made it to the legacies. Unlike your situation. But hey your regional's performance is great so you got that going for you!

I didn’t blame it on pilots. Your company as a whole is a dumpster fire. Feel better junior
