63 cancels - 50 for crew

If your HR people aren’t actually tracking the people who move on by their PRIA reports and using that info in your recruiting efforts, it’s only because they believe that it would NOT be helpful in your recruiting. There is nothing classified about aggregating that data or any violation of the Privacy Act by pooling it anonymously and using it that way. If your HR department isn’t making that info readily available to your pilot group as a whole, that’s surprising, and would perhaps suggest they aren’t real proud of it or don’t believe it would help your pilot group morale.
Because I assure you, they HAVE that data.

What is 3% of 20 people, Einstein? That’s the percentage the graph shows going to Frontier.

Would we like a better rate or something more guaranteed than an interview at Delta? Yeah, sure. Can 9E beat 30/year to the legacies? Yep.

You, also, need to learn the difference between facts and opinions. “Facts” are much different than a bottom feeders “opinion” about what is going to happen at said bottom feeder.
Just because home boy is a keyboard warrior in his mommy’s basement doesn’t make it a fact.

HAHAH wtf are you on, please pass it along though!!
2nd largest regional since 2000 under the same guy, number 1 in performance for the last 3 years and a CBA that spits on XJT. Delta prefers not to have republic? That’s interesting because YX was just awarded more flying from DL and DL is consulting YX’s flight ops about how they perform so well at select places... Mainline asking advice from a regional! Endeavor is actually trending downward and word on the street is YX will be taking their flying as well in the NE. The only mainline partner that’s not showing a positive interest in YX is UAL, but it shows they don’t give a rats ass about any regional. BUT WAIT! YX is picking up all of XJets flying so who’s the real winner? Not Xjet or UAL!
Good luck with that consolidation, hopefully you’ll still have access to a flight deck.

ExpressJet is doing United flying with United aircraft. Republic is doing United flying with (mostly) Republic aircraft. If United should decide to cutback their codeshare flying guess which jets get parked in the desert? HINT: it won’t be the jets belonging to the company that controls the codeshare. The aircraft that will be sitting on the dirt beside the tarmac in Kingman Arizona depreciating without bringing in any revenue. Having your own planes is a vulnerability, not an asset, when your codeshare “partner” has planes of their own.
Pick up a little business acumen of your own before you start throwing around terms like ‘idiot.’

United still needs YX for the next six months to a year until we hire and train our E175 powerhouse. I don’t have a problem with YX today, but I did when you walked all over our pilot group when we snubbed CAL back in the day. You were the bottom feeders of the industry with the worst pilot contracts in the industry. Glad you guys learned how to negotiate. XJT deserves to comeback, it’s our turn now.

Wow Melit being critical of XJT again. At least you are consistent. Why don't you admit what your grudge is about? Failed out of training? Bailed when upgrades were long and now still not at a major or ULCC despite your lateral move?
Furthermore it's hilarious to hear your mocking of pilots for things that are 100% out of pilots control. Perhaps you just aren't smart enough to understand how this works. Perhaps you are ignorant of the cyclic trends in the fee for departure carriers. You probably didn't even understand that term.
The most important trend a pilot should watch for is the % of pilots who move on to the next next rung on the ladder. Not cancellations.

Wow. In my regional that would be extremely worrisome since that would mean that we weren’t preparing PRIA reports on anyone for their new employers, strongly implying they were leaving the field altogether.
A “pure” fact. Well thank goodness. I’d hate it if it were an “impure” fact. And an “excessive” amount too. I must say, that is impressive. Excessive in what regard? Do you believe that JB is taking people that aren’t up for the job or what? And - seriously - you have an excessive number of people still in the right seat after 3-4 years? What’s that all about?
If your HR people aren’t actually tracking the people who move on by their PRIA reports and using that info in your recruiting efforts, it’s only because they believe that it would NOT be helpful in your recruiting. There is nothing classified about aggregating that data or any violation of the Privacy Act by pooling it anonymously and using it that way. If your HR department isn’t making that info readily available to your pilot group as a whole, that’s surprising, and would perhaps suggest they aren’t real proud of it or don’t believe it would help your pilot group morale.
Because I assure you, they HAVE that data.

On a side note, if you believe the name of a previous employer affects your chances at a mainline position more than your personal resume, you’ll be in for a big disappointment. You’ll fit right in with the guys that place blame on external factors vs themselves because they never got a call. Even most of the guys from Norwegian are getting picked up despite the bull**** that’s spewed all over these boards. Sorry. Hopefully that alternative universe is a safe place.
