They have slowed. 20-30. About half of what they were. We had a real opportunity for growth if we could get the pilots. It sounds like the company has come to the table to negotiate the contract so hopefully we will start getting the new hires with that.

You cannot grow your way out of this on new hires alone in this market. Times have changed and many in management refuse to acknowledge that change.

The company has been talking about more upgrades. I believe the next system bid will be coming out in the next couple of weeks. We shall see.
