They can’t hire every expressjet pilot. Everyone can go chase flows if they want and I guess that’s what some people are doing. I am happy to be here , happy the union is fighting for us but its upsetting to see the attitude some people have. They expect the world to bow down to them. I was in the workforce 15 years before coming here and if I wanted a promotion I really had to stand out and fight for it. You didn’t have a 25% chance of getting the promotion you were dreaming about.

So if I Opted In to the CPP, but do not apply to Aviate, am I good? I looked for a way to Opt Out of CPP yesterday, but couldn’t find anything on the CPP page. United isn’t even my first choice major anymore, but I still want the ability to apply off the street and to not get roped into this Aviate deal.
