Employers will prefer hardcopy, probably certified mail. Or they can hand you the letter in person and have you sign for it.

If they send a mass email that fails due to a technical glitch they could be on the hook for another 60 days of payroll. Even if it went by regular mail they couldn't prove an employee got it, if an employee claimed otherwise.

Any slightly decent management team will tell you it's coming before they send the notices.

Everyone is in survival mode. Nobody is out to intentionally hurt XJT (other than skywest). But yeah, throw a kink in the operation, that’ll help. Brilliant.

U.S sees more than 70000 new virus cases for the second day in row, I think its safe to say there will be regionals joining TSA and Compass in the grave yard sooner or later. Plan accordingly!
