I see your point. Based solely on the decision of whether to go to XJT or RAH, I would choose XJT every time.

Glad it worked out for these guys. I will not commute ever again for a regional, so until compass opens an ATL base.......

The 20 per month number quoted stated clearly for 2016. Not this year. If it happens or not, we'll see. BTW, that number came from attrition projections, and FO attrition slowing. Without those two, that projection won't hold up. It wasn't a gospel plan set in stone.

that works for some people going to Mesa, PSA, CPZ, etc, but I doubt they will get to a major any faster than high time FO. Probably in 2016-2017 for both low time captains and high time FOs. Not worth commuting, reserve, and playing the jumping around game, besides their contracts suck and QOL is pretty crappy.

that's called seniority haha. I get 99 hours and 17 days off.
