Isn't it obvious? SkyWest Airlines will replace the lift. They are just doing it slowly. Keep up the good performance numbers though so that INC doesn't lose too much money in the interim.

Bingo... Pretty clear, the fact they are ok with two contracts ASA vs. XJT should tell it all. They may even give XJT a 30% raise just so suker in the few to stay..., because they know they will be down to zero pilots in a few years...

I think LXJT will go bye bye the reasons will be no contract keeps nice and clean much easier to let folks go.
