IAD should not be a problem, so even if you don't get it right out of training, you should have no problem to base trade or bid it on the next system bid. DEN, however, is extremely senior and nobody out of training should expect it for years to come. The most "junior" FO in DEN is 06/2007 hire. It's ridiculous that 6+ year FOs are gonna be sitting reserve!

Exactly, it all sounds so terrible, I've worked so hard to get to 1500 and holding a letter of acceptance and now I'm thinking at least janitors make 20k per year and get weekends off, hmmm.... lol.. but anyway, how senior is DFW? any chance of getting it right out of training?
Typically when we hire, we fill spots where it's needed. You may end up in the most senior base or most junior and anything in between. It's not until we run a vacancy that you can swap around. As to answer your question, DFW is both junior and senior. Welcome to this wonderful industry and good luck.

Could a new hire be able to hold a line in MCI fairly quickly. Im thinking about applying my two leg commute to Fresno has gotten miserable. Also does anybody know if SkyWest employees keep health benefits or if you have to wait 90 days?
