Saving grace may be Flight Time / Duty Time changes in January. If staffing increase of 5% is required that is another 80ish pilots needed. With attrition it might balance out okay.

That crazy, I know of 2 CRJ FOs that got the job this past month. Vette makes it 3

I think the theory that the mainline carriers don't want to hire "crusty" high time RJ pilots is proving true.

A lot of those FOs getting hired at UA are former interns or know somebody high up with solid recs.
