In the last erj class to start in Houston (22 July), you started on a Monday and did the indoc test the following monday. That same day, we did a vtc with HR in ATL to describe the initial basing situation. Since all of the new bases will be operational as we finish IOE, we had to rank order your preference for all 7 bases. We don't have our assigments yet; nor does the class ahead of us. No guarantee that the cocktail version of erj and crj class here at the same time will resemble that.

Thanks for the info. Going through the xjt threads, it looks like most are trying to get on for the crj. I assume age dictates seniority on who gets what during bidding on equipment.
Anyone commuting out of Boston can share their experience commuting? I'm really split between erj/crj.

Anyone have a good wag on the average age of the last couple classes. Hoping that 29 years old gets me a CRJ...

Thanks guys, I was in the CRJ class until they changed the process. I was just looking forward to being ATL based if possible. I guess there are 20 CRJ and 24 ERJ slots so I just need to be older than about half of the folks to guarantee that.

Anyone know if the Aug 5th class is ERJ only or will you be able to bid for domiciles+planes?
