100 TLV with windows of 90-120 in October. Are we still in the summer schedule or just short staffed?

Staffing is never a problem here. It's unforeseen circumstances added in with extra block hours from our mainline partners. But as usual, "it doesn't matter how we got here" is coming around the corner.

Short staffed for now but when the 200s are gone we will be definately overstaffed. The company will be the incredible shrinking airline. So enjoy the hours for now **(Sarcasm)**

How many 200s are you guys parking? It can't that many with 9E parking all of theirs. Too many more and it'd go below the number of 50 seaters allotted by the DALPA contract.

They probably just ran the January numbers and realized they are in dog door when rest rules hit. A Ton of crj 200 ATL fos are in training. Plus with people leaving.

Threshold line values, the minimum amount of credit hours that the company will allow a pilot to work without going on reserve in any given month.

TLV = somewhere towards the middle of the window the company will allow a pilot to work without going on reserve in any given month, the TLV is usually 10 more hours than the minimum. If you don't specify in your bid how many hours you want then the TLV is what they will build your schedule to.

Next months "Minimums" are 84,90,86,90,80,85,80,81,90,90. None the less, still ridiculous for October. I would like to do a lot more sitting around AT HOME then this staffing has allowed, especially after the day / mx delays we had yesterday.

Aircraft 710, where they have speed tape applied to the left TR trans cowl that keeps ripping off and back each flight, and every single station has to have MX come out to reapply the tape? Instead of just fixing it right, they keep having contract MX come out to do a 15 minute tape job.
