Just going by the terminated and only been on property for 2-3 months. Wasn't too sure, but thanks. Don't typically see too many resign/get fired, although I was threatened with it by the CP once.

My story is quite comical too. Woke up sick, called CS and was immediately put on hold. After about 10 minutes, CS is calling me on call waiting. I answer and the conversation goes like this....

Me: Hey, I was just on hold with you guys.
CS: Oh, ok, well we are calling to inform you of a trip.
Me: Well I was calling in sick.
CS: Ok, you're marked out sick. Feel better.

Well they marked me as unavailable on reserve. CP agreed and stated that since they said I have a trip before I said I was sick, it means that I was unavailable even though I called first and was put on hold. Letter on my file for 2 years, which should be gone now. Happened while on probation.

Which dip**** was that? Sounds like RC.

We can do the same thing on the XJT side. Reserve stalkers.
